Visitors claim that the view is truly amazing, and it’s great that the lagoon has reopened so people can see it for themselves.

Last Wednesday’s eruption was the fifth and strongest since the volcanic system near the Icelandic town of Grindavik awoke in December after 800 years, spewing record volumes of lava.
